TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These BLADE JetPass Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are agreed to by and between Blade Urban Air Mobility, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 55 Hudson Yards, 14th Floor, New York, New York 10001 (“Blade”) and the party purchasing the BLADE JetPass referencing these Terms and Conditions (“Client”). Blade and Client may each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”.

Subject to Availability. Quantities for BLADE JetPasses are extremely limited. All sales of BLADE JetPasses are subject to availability.

Term. BLADE JetPasses will be effective beginning on the later of: (i) the date of purchase and (ii) November 1, 2023 and will expire on April 2, 2024.

Applicable Flights. BLADE JetPass provides the holder with the ability to purchase one-way jet charter flights on mid-size jet aircraft (Citation VI/VII; Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+; G150; Hawker 800/800XP/900/900XP; Lear 45/60/75) between TEB and OPF, BCT or PBI for a guaranteed price of $18,000 (plus applicable taxes, upgrades, add-ons and credit card processing fees), subject to availability. All flight requests are subject to a 3-day non-Peak Day and 7 day Peak Day advance booking request requirement. BLADE will attempt to accommodate booking requests made inside of the advance booking request requirements, however, such bookings will be subject to a $ 2,500 late booking fee for non-Peak Days and $3,500 late booking fee for Peak Days. No other Peak Day surcharges apply.

Alternative Airports. Flights to or from HPN and FLL are available for an additional $2,500 per alternative airport per flight (e.g., an additional $5,000 for a flight from HPN to FLL) (plus applicable taxes, upgrades, add-ons and applicable credit card processing fees).

Aircraft Upgrades. Upgrades to larger super-mid aircraft or heavy jet aircraft for $7,000 and $12,000 per flight, respectively, subject to availability.


Non-Transferable. BLADE JetPasses are non-refundable, not transferable, and the BLADE JetPass holder must be on board all flights booked using the BLADE JetPass, with no exceptions.


Payment Methods. Payment for BLADE JetPasses and flights using the BLADE JetPass will be accepted via ACH or credit cards. All credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee.



Cancellation Fees. All flights reserved using the BLADE JetPass are subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • Non-Peak Day cancellations made outside 7 days of scheduled departure: no cancellation fee
  • Non-Peak Day cancellations made inside 7-5 days: 30% cancellation fee
  • Non-Peak Day cancellations made inside 5-3 days: 60% cancellation fee
  • Non-Peak Day cancellations made inside 3 days: 100% cancellation fee (i.e., non-refundable)
  • Peak Day cancellations made at any time: 100% cancellation fee (i.e., fully non-refundable)
  • “Peak Days” include the following dates: 11/18, 11/19, 11/21, 11/22, 11/26, 12/22, 12/23, 12/26, 12/27, 12/31, 1/1, 1/2, 1/6, 1/7, 2/15, 2/16, 2/19, 3/8, 3/15, 3/17, 3/24, 4/1

Late Passengers:. BLADE strives to accommodate passengers arriving later than the scheduled departure time. However, passengers arriving 60 minutes past departure time are subject to a $3000 late fee. Arrivals exceeding 90 minutes will be classified as a "no show" and result in a complete forfeiture of the flight.

Departure Times. Departure times must be provided at the time of booking for all flights booked using the BLADE JetPass. Changes to departure time are subject to approval by BLADE. BLADE reserves the right to adjust departure time on Peak Days plus or minus three hours from the scheduled departure time or substitute an alternative aircraft with pass holder pre-approval to meet the requested departure time.

Deicing Charges. If deicing or aircraft hangar fees are incurred due to inclement weather, the cost of such services will be billed to the client post-flight. The responsibility of these costs lies solely with the client.

Unforeseen Mechanicals and Delays. BLADE reserves the right to, and shall not be liable for, altering schedules and/or canceled flights due to Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means an act of God, strike or lockout or other labor dispute, act of a public enemy, war (declared or undeclared), terrorism, blockade, revolution, civil commotion, fire, any weather-related event affecting safety of flight, flood, earthquake, explosion, governmental restraint, embargo, mechanicals, inability to obtain or delay in obtaining equipment, parts, or transport, inability to obtain or delay in obtaining governmental approvals, permits, licenses, or allocations, pandemic, epidemic or any other cause outside of the control of BLADE or an aircraft operator, as applicable, whether or not of the kind specifically listed above. In the event a flight is not completed due to Force Majeure, the Customer will be responsible for payment for all costs incurred for the completed portion(s) of their flight, but will not be responsible for the portions of their flight not completed. In no event shall BLADE be liable for damages claimed as a result of a canceled or delayed flight. BLADE does not guarantee that an alternative aircraft will be available, but will make every reasonable effort to provide a comparable aircraft option which may result in an additional charge to the customer.

Charter Flight Terms and Conditions. All flights booked using a BLADE JetPass are subject to the BLADE JetPass Charter Flight Terms and Conditions located at https://www.blade.com/t&c-bladejetpass-charter?locale=en (the “Charter Flight T&Cs”), which are expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions as if fully set forth herein.

Other Terms. BLADE JetPass cannot be combined with any other offers. Other restrictions may apply.
