BLADEone is a seasonal scheduled jet service operating by-the-seat flights between New York and Miami or Palm Beach from November to April. BLADEone is a commercial-sized jet with reduced seat density—only accommodating 16 fliers.
Flight time between Westchester and Miami or Palm Beach is 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Price Match Policy
What is considered an eligible flight for price matching?
BLADE will price match any Fly XO flights between Westchester County Airport (HPN) or Teterboro Airport (TEB) in New York and Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF) or Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in Miami or Palm Beach.
What do I need to qualify for price matching?
Itinerary
The itinerary to be matched must include the same travel dates, flight route, and class of service as the original Fly XO booking.
Proof of Fare
Customers must provide proof of the lower fare, such as a screenshot or link to the competitor's website, via email at reservations@blade.com. The fare must be valid and bookable at the time of the price match request.
What are the restrictions?
Only applicable to new BLADEone fliers.
BLADE will only match fares that are publicly available and not subject to restrictions or blackout dates. Special deals, promotions, or bundled packages are not eligible for price matching.
BLADE will only match fares for the same booking class as the original Fly XO booking.
Is there a rebooking fee?
Customers may be required to pay a rebooking fee to switch to the matched BLADEone fare.
Is there a time limit?
Flight departure must be within a 3-hour window of fliers desired BLADEone flight, and between the same departure and arrival airports. BLADE will match Fly XO fares available at the time of the original BLADEone booking.
How do I redeem this offer?
Customers can redeem the offer by emailing a Fly XO proof of fare price screenshot to reservations@blade.com and providing the preferred routing, date and time of flight. Customers can also call 844-359-7575 to book but must also email a proof of fare. Each customer is limited to two (2) price matching redemptions.
Are there any exclusions?
This offer excludes any other companies and is only valid for Fly XO flights between Westchester County Airport (HPN) or Teterboro Airport (TEB) in New York and Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF) or Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) in Miami or Palm Beach.
When does this offer end?
The offer ends on April 31, 2023.
BLADE reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
Points of Departure and Arrival
Depart directly from BLADE's private lounge at Westchester Airport, where complimentary onsite valet service is available. Leaving from the city? Travel from Manhattan's BLADE Lounge West on a 15-minute helicopter flight directly to the side of the jet. Arrive rested and relaxed at BLADE Lounge Miami at Opa Locka Executive Airport or Palm Beach International Airport.
On the return, depart directly from BLADE Lounge Miami or Palm Beach International Airport, landing at BLADE's Westchester Airport Lounge where you can either disembark or connect to a seamless 15-minute helicopter transfer back to Manhattan.
