BLADE Referral Program


The BLADE Referral Program allows you (a “Referrer”) to share a personal referral code with individuals who have not previously purchased BLADE services (a “New Customer”). A Referrer’s referral code allows New Customers to receive a promotional credit (a “New Customer Credit”) to use towards their first flight on certain eligible BLADE services (as determined by BLADE). Upon the completion of a New Customer’s first eligible BLADE service, the Referrer will receive a promotional credit (a “Referrer Credit”) to use on certain eligible BLADE services (as determined by BLADE) in the future.

New Customer Credits may only be used by New Customers on certain eligible BLADE services (as determined by BLADE). New Customer Credits may not be combined with other discounts or promotions and expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were added to a New Customer’s account.

Referrers must have an active BLADE account to participate in the Referral Program. Referrers will receive Referrer Credits upon the completion of a New Customer’s first flight.

Referrer Credits may only be used on certain eligible BLADE services (as determined by BLADE). Referrer Credits may not (i) be applied to the purchase of gift cards or items sold in Blade’s Gift Store, (ii) be applied to the purchase of chartered or crowdsourced flights or (iii) be redeemed for cash. Referrer Credits may be disabled at any time for any reason without liability to BLADE.

BLADE reserves the right to withhold or deduct Referrer Credits if BLADE believes that the use or redemption of a Referrer’s referral code was fraudulent, illegal, in error, or otherwise in violation of BLADE’s Terms of Service or the terms of this Referral Program. Referrer Credits may expire prior to Referrer’s use.

BLADE reserves the right to revise the terms of the Referral Program, including the BLADE services to which the New Customer Credit and/or the Referrer Credit may be applied, in its sole discretion and at any time.
