How do I book a round trip?

Select each direction separately on the days you'd like to fly. You can reserve as many trips across the week as you need — outbound, return, or both, on any combination of dates.

When will my flights be confirmed?

After you submit, the BLADE team reviews your preferences and confirms by email within 24 hours. Popular times may be allocated on a first-come basis, so earlier requests have the best availability.

Why do you ask for passenger weights?

Helicopter operations are weight-sensitive, so accurate passenger weights help us assign the right aircraft and balance the load safely. Enter each passenger's weight in pounds, separated by commas.

Should I book early?

Yes. Aircraft availability during Airshow Week is limited. Booking early secures preferred aircraft and the time slots that work best for your schedule.
