Luggage Policy

Basic, Flex, and Max Fares:

  • Passengers are permitted up to one (1) personal item up to 20 pounds
  • Passengers are permitted up to two (2) checked bags weighing up to 50 pounds each, with a maximum total allowance of 100 pounds
  • Each additional bag: $150.00

Personal Items

Passengers may carry a small personal item such as a purse, briefcase, laptop computer case, or small backpack weighing no more than 20lbs. Your personal item must fit snugly under the seat in front of you, and measure no more than 13x13x10in. Please note that the aircraft may not have overhead bins, and personal items may need to be stowed by the crew for takeoff and landing or carried in the cargo hold.

Assistive devices upon which an individual with a disability is dependent may be carried in addition to the one personal item allowance if, in the sole discretion of the crew, such devices can be safely stowed in the cabin of the aircraft.

Additional bags are subject to aircraft space and can be paid for before the day of Your BLADEone Flight by contacting concierge@aero.com.

All commercial matters relating to a BLADEone Flight, including but not limited to fares, payment, ticket transfers, changes, cancellations, refunds and general inquiries should be directed to reservations@blade.com. Requests relating to (i) service animals, including submission of the DOT Service Animal Air Transportation Form, (ii) assistive and mobility devices, (iii) boarding, deplaning and stair assistance, (iv) hazardous materials and unaccompanied minors, and (v) luggage and baggage, including whether a particular item can be accommodated on the aircraft and claims for lost, damaged or delayed baggage, should be directed to concierge@aero.com, which is staffed by Carrier. A request sent to either address will be honored; Blade will forward to Carrier any request in categories (i) through (v) that it receives, and Carrier will forward to Blade any commercial request it receives.
