Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Blade Urban Air Mobility, Inc. ("Blade") subscription-based product ("Subscription"), the customer ("You") agrees to the following Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions:
1. Auto-Renewal Enrollment: By purchasing the Subscription, You agree to be enrolled in our auto-renewal program. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing cycle, and You will be charged the then-current rate for the Subscription, unless You choose to cancel your Subscription as outlined below in Section 3.
2. Billing and Payment:
a) Billing Cycle: The billing cycle for the Subscription is equal to the duration stated in the product description of your Subscription (if no duration is stated in the product description, the billing cycle will be one (1) year), starting from the date of purchase. The Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subsequent billing cycle, unless You cancel your Subscription before the applicable renewal date.
b) Payment Method: You agree to provide a valid payment method, which will be stored securely in your account for use in automatic renewals. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
c) Charges: You authorize Blade to charge your payment method on file for the then-current rate of the Subscription at the beginning of each billing cycle. If your payment method is declined or insufficient, Blade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription.
d) Price Changes: Blade reserves the right to change the price of the Subscription at any time, with or without prior notice. You will be notified of any price changes via email, and they will take effect on your next billing cycle. By continuing to use your Subscription after a price change, You accept the new price.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
a) Cancellation Process: To cancel your Subscription please contact Blade's flier relations team at reservations@blade.com. If you do not email reservations@blade.com, your Subscription will remain active and continue to auto-renew until your cancellation request is received via email. Please submit cancellation requests at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the following Subscription term. No refunds will be provided if you do not cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your billing date. b) Cancellation Deadline: You must complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next Subscription term. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the next billing cycle may result in a charge for the subsequent Subscription term, and refunds will not be provided for such instances.
c) No Refunds for Partially Used or Unused Subscriptions: All sales are final and, unless otherwise stated in Blade's Terms of Service found at https://www.blade.com/terms_of_service, no refunds will be issued for partially used or unused Subscriptions. If You cancel your Subscription, You will have access to the Subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, your Subscription will be deactivated, and You will not be charged for any future renewals.
d) Billing Error Refunds: In the event of a billing error or unauthorized charge, You must contact Blade within 30 days of the charge to request a refund. Refund requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Termination by Blade: Blade reserves the right to terminate your Subscription at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you. If Blade terminates your Subscription without cause, You will be entitled to a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your Subscription in accordance with Blade's Terms of Service found at https://www.blade.com/terms_of_service.
5. Changes to Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions: Blade may update these Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email, and they will take effect on your next billing cycle. Your continued use of the Subscription after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
6. Blade Services: All Blade Services are subject to Blade's Terms of Service found at https://www.blade.com/terms_of_service, and other applicable terms and conditions.
